1. Subscription Benefits

Subscribers are entitled to a 40% discount on all repeat ticket purchases made during the active subscription period.

 

Discounts are exclusive to events listed on www.goestickets.com and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

2. Subscription Price and Term

The subscription is offered at a fixed lifetime price of ₪98 ILS

(£21 GBP) per month, automatically renewing every 12 months.

 

This price is guaranteed for the lifetime of the subscriber unless otherwise agreed in writing after one full year of continuous activity.

 

A subscriber who has used the service to purchase 10 or more tickets within one subscription year (including discounted ones), may be subject to a price revision or cancellation of their subscription at the company’s sole business discretion, following written notice and subject to the customer’s confirmation.

 

3. Renewal Policy

Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

 

Subscribers will receive a renewal notice prior to the end of the term with the option to continue or cancel.

 

If no response is received, the subscription will be automatically renewed for another 12-month term under the same terms, unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. Activation & Eligibility (Waiting Period)

From the moment of subscription purchase, there is a 90-day waiting period (qualifying period) before subscription benefits can be utilized.

 

Eligibility to use the subscription and receive discounts requires either:

 

The completion of 90 calendar days from the first successful charge, or

 

Three consecutive successful monthly payments — whichever comes first.

 

After this qualifying period, the subscriber may request benefit activation by contacting customer service through:

A representative will respond directly to confirm and coordinate access to benefits.

 

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as noted in the cancellation policy below.

 

Payments may be made using credit/debit cards or other accepted methods as listed on our website.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cooling-Off Period: Subscribers may cancel within 14 days of activation for a full refund, provided no services have been used.

 

Post-Cooling-Off Cancellations: After 14 days, cancellations are accepted at any time. If no services have been used, a partial refund may be issued based on the unused subscription period.

 

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be granted beyond these terms in the event of technical issues or verified emergencies, at the company’s discretion.
